Concept of random properties for items
The concept of gambling is that whenever you buy an item from an NPC it will have certain properties.
Properties of weapons, armor items, shues, amulets, rings, etc may vary.
In order to get an item with superior properties you may have to buy several copies of that item. By random probability, the properties may change.
Example:
Here two 'Fenrir Pants' were bought consecutively. One has blessing while the other does not. This is an example of random properties.
